3. Minutes of last meeting:
The minutes of the last Annual Parish meeting, held on May 18th 2023, were approved and will be duly signed as a true and correct record by the Chairman. Proposed: Cllr Stone; Seconded: Cllr Simpson

4. Matters arising:
The Council had no specific matters to discuss during this meeting.

There was no other business to discuss.

The meeting was closed by the Chairman, at 7.15pm
